MCS started as an architectural competition to design a wellness complex in Centro Sur, a growing new node in the city of Queretaro. The project integrates medical facilities with offices as well as commercial space. Its plaza permeates to its surroundings providing public space and becoming an extension of the street.

The verticality and permeability of the towers take advantage of natural light and ventilation while modulating sun exposure. Its dynamic structural elements allow for amenities and communal space that give brief pauses to the daily activities of the people that inhabit them.
